For residents looking for more accessible options for healthcare, a new contract between Nova Health (formerly Basin Immediate Care) and Cascade Health Alliance (CHA) promises to deliver. The partnership means new urgent care services to our CHA members to treat serious but non-life-threatening issues.

Nova Health is committed to providing care that is personal while exemplifying their promise of “Caring In Action”. While Nova Health will not replace the primary care provider assigned to the member, CHA members can expect:

• More immediate care (compared to scheduling an appointment with their PCP) – walk-ins are welcome
• On-site x-ray and laboratory services (no need to travel anywhere else in town!)
• Transparency in pricing
• Convenient location

Nova Health is located at 3737 Shasta Way Ste A, Klamath Falls, OR 97603.

Services are available for members needing care but unable to get an appointment to see their PCP. Nova Health is an alternative to going to an emergency department. They are also a contracted provider for Atrio Medicare Advantage.
