Quality Improvement

Each year, the Oregon Health Authority (OHA) defines new quality initiatives that CHA will use to measure progress in Klamath County. These measures are developed by the OHA Metrics and Scoring Committee. These measures show positive change towards improving health outcomes in Oregon.

Measuring Health

With the ultimate goals of improving our members’ health, making quality care more accessible, eliminating health inequalities, and reducing cost, CHA ensures its members receive the highest quality health care.

Through a county-wide health data collection and analyzation process, we identify improvement opportunities in the healthcare delivery system and turn data into action through performance improvement initiatives. Due to this process, we ensure data driven decisions, customized care, and lower costs.
