CHA Clinical Guidelines

Clinical Practice Guidelines

All Medicaid organizations, including CHA are required to adopt, disseminate, and apply clinical practice guidelines according to federal regulations. These guidelines should be based on valid and reliable clinical evidence from highly credible and respected sources and have gone through extensive vetting and peer review. The guidelines are intended to inform clinical decision making for CHA and our providers. All have been approved by either the Utilization Review, Quality Management, or Pharmacy and Therapeutics Committee. They are posted on our website under provider resources for your reference.

CHA will be adopting guidelines addressing behavioral health and substance use disorders later this year. If you have questions or concerns or would like to suggest a guideline be added, Contact Dr David Shute, DavidS@cascadecomp.com
