Cascade Health Alliance (CHA) is a Medicaid health care management company operated by Cascade Comprehensive Care (CCC), Inc. based in Klamath Falls, Oregon. Employees of CCC are the key to CHA's success by leading CHA's work in managing CHA Member Services, Case Management, Data Analytics, Quality Management, Medical Claims, Pharmacy, and External Affairs.
