We are Cascade Health Alliance (CHA), your allies and friends for helping you manage your health. We are working hard to transform healthcare! As a local company, we are familiar with the needs of our Klamath County residents. CHA is committed to our area’s health and wellness. Our members and communities are the core of our services, and we believe that our members are the key to not only their own health, but their futures and those of their families.
CHA’s Community Advisory Council will host the final sessions in a series of Classes for Caregivers. The next two classes, on Dec. 12 and Dec. 13, will focus on trauma-informed care with presenter Elaine Walters, director and founder of the Trauma Healing Project. For more information, see the flyer here.
CHA’s providers and staff are excited to announce a new way of caring for our members. We now have:
- Integrated physical health, mental health, and addiction services
- State and CHA-backed Patient Centered Primary Care Homes
- Local providers and staff with a history of providing quality care
- A Board of Directors of local people who care about the community
Your health is our priority. We are committed to providing healthcare and support to our members for lifestyles that improve the health of our communities. We believe all of us have the opportunity to make a positive impact on our communities, our region, and our world. Oregon Health Authority has been tracking our progress on a variety of measurable issues called metrics. Click here to see how we’re doing!
CHA began serving members as a Coordinated Care Organization in September 2013. We look forward to this new and exciting time for healthcare.
Thank you for being a part of our transformation. We are YOUR CCO and we want to serve you.
